Club Sign Up

Wine Club Agreement:

• I understand that I will be billed twice a year for my wine club commitment shipments (at regular price) and I will receive an e-mail communication from Moon Curser Vineyards itemizing the wines being shipped, and giving me an opportunity to amend the content of the shipment as desired, prior to the charge being put through in my credit card.
• I understand that if I put my membership on hold, all wine club benefits are on hold.
• I understand that if I skip a shipment, my next purchase(s) will be at regular price to fulfill my wine club commitment.
• I understand that the price of each shipment will vary depending on the wines included within and that there are no additional membership fees.
• I understand that I can cancel my membership at any time after one year by emailing our Wine Smuggling Operations Coordinator (wineclub@mooncurser.com) and advising of the cancellation at least two weeks prior to the next wine club shipment date.
• I understand that the contents of each shipment may be subject to change.
• I understand that some wines may be subject to strict allocations due to limited availability. 
• I understand that membership is ongoing and will auto-renew. 
• I understand that my wine club shipments are NOT subject to shipping charges. I also understand that I have the option to pick my shipment up at the winery if desired.
• This offer is void where prohibited by law.
• Moon Curser Vineyards will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred by reshipped, redirected or misdirected wines, as well as special appointment or delivery during particular hours/days.
• Wine Club members must be of legal drinking age in British Columbia. By joining this Wine Club, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in British Columbia.
• Offer only available in Canada.
