FAQs
What Are Your Payment Options?
Credit and debit card sales, contactless when possible, are the preferred option at this time.
Can You Accommodate My Mobility Limitations?
Our main tasting room and washroom are wheelchair accessible. Please inform us of any accessibility needs, by emailing wineclub@mooncurser.com, so we can ensure we are able to accommodate.
Are Children Allowed In The Winery?
Children are welcome at the winery. We strongly encourage you to book morning appointments before noon when it tends to be less busy and will be better for your experience and other guests experience. We ask that they remain under the supervision of an adult while here - the tasting room is an adult environment and not at all child-proof. Only adults over 19 years or age can taste or purchase wine.
Do You Allow Pets?
Local Interior Health regulations don’t allow pets in our tasting room with the exception of service animals. Osoyoos summers can be very hot and your pooch might be happiest staying in an air-conditioned hotel room while you tour. If you do decide to bring your dog with you, we have dog treats and a water bowl available outside.
Do You Serve Food At The Winery?
We do not have any food options on site. You will find a wide array of food options in Osoyoos.
Do You Offer Outdoor Tastings?
When weather conditions permit, some tastings may be outdoors but cannot be guaranteed.
